MAGH MELA BY THE NIGHT.

गंगा नदी के तट माघ मेले का रात का दृश्य.

The shot was taken from the Akbar's Fort, at a vantage point on the ramparts of the majestic Fort, called Presidents view point. It offers a panoramic view of the entire Magh Mela, held annually on the banks of the River Ganges in Allahabad. I could get the access to the Fort, which is otherwise out of bounds for civilians, with help Col Atul Tripathi brother of my good friend Amit Tripathi.
